Current study aims at studying the competition between two invasive species, Amphibalanus improvisus and Mytilaster lineatus, in rocky shores of Caspian basin. A field study has been conducted distance sampling on 10 stations, once every two month from September 2013 to July 2014, sampled with 15 × 15 cm quadrat, placed at random along natural and artificial rocky shores, from Astara to Babolsar. The algae percent cover has been estimated by 50 × 50 cm quadrate. The mean changes and average variability of water temperature, Salinity, dissolved oxygen and conductivity have been measured as follows: 16.48 0C, 9.87ppt, 9. 89 ppm and16.52m/s. The results for A.improvisus and M.Linatus were as follows, respectively: average number, 404.75 and 327.33; percent cover 36.83 and 29.97; weight 17.8g and 26.47 g. According to tukey test, a meaningful difference is shown to exist among stations and the dominant of M.Lineatus was higher compared to A.imrovisus in stations No.3, 4, 6. Although the results of present study showed that the inter annual mean and standard deviation of algae percent cover was 37.75, the results of tukey test did not show a statistically significant difference between stations. The results of One-way ANOSIM test suggested that the stations No. 3,4,5,6 have the most habitat similarity and environmental factors affecting their distributions, and besides dominance over benthic, the existing competition for space among two species results in favor of bivalve, mostly.}, keywords = {Caspian sea,rocky shores,invasive species,Competition}, title_fa = {رقابت مکانی دو گونه مهاجم کشتی چسب (Darwin, 1854) Amphibalanus improvisus و دوکفه ایMytilaster lineatus (Gmelin, 1789) در سواحل سنگی حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر}, abstract_fa = {رقابت بر سر فضا و عوامل موثر بر آن از مباحث سوال برانگیز اکولوژی سواحل بوده و هدف تحقیق حاضرنیز بررسی رقابت بین دو گونه مهاجم Amphibalanus improvisus و Mytilaster linatus در سواحل سنگی حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر می باشد.10 ایستگاه نمونه برداری در سواحل سنگی طبیعی و مصنوعی از آستارا تا بابلسر انتخاب و به مدت یک سال و هر 2ماه یکبار از شهریور 92 تا تیر 93 توسط کوادرات 15×15 به صورت تصادفی مورد نمونه برداری قرار گرفتند. درصد پوشش جلبکی سواحل نیز توسط کوادرادت 50×50 ارزیابی شد. میانگین سالانه دمای آب48/16سانتی گراد، شوری87/9 قسمت در هزار، 27/8 pH، اکسیژن محلول89/9میلی گرم بر لیتر، قابلیت رسانای آب52/16متر در ثانیه اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج نشان می دهد: میانگین تعداد A.improvisus 75/404عدد، درصد پوشش83/36، وزن81/17گرم و میانگین سالیانه تعدادM.linatus 33/327عدد، درصدپوشش97/29، وزن 47/26گرم در واحد سطح بوده و بر اساس آزمون توکی اختلاف معنی داری بین ایستگاه ها وجود داشته و در ایستگاه های 3، 4، 6 غالبیت M.lineatus نسبت به A.improvisus بیشتر می باشد. میانگین و انحراف معیار سالیانه درصد پوشش جلبکی 75/37 بوده و اختلاف معنا داری در بین ایستگاه ها مشاهده نشد. نتایج آزمون One-way ANOSIM نشان داد، ایستگاه های 3 ،4 ،5 ،6 بیشترین تشابه زیستگاهی را دارند و عوامل محیطی در پراکنش انها اثرگذار بوده و دو گونه ضمن غالبیت بر سایر کفزیان با یکدیگر بر سر فضا رقابت دارند که در شرایط مساعد رشد غالباً رقابت به نفع دوکفه ای تمام می شود.}, keywords_fa = {دریای خزر,سواحل سنگی,گونه های کشتی چسب مهاجم,رقابت}, url = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_716.html}, eprint = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_716_39465bbc7ae93e5a64f514bda62236ef.pdf} }
