Ninety male mice were randomly allocated into three groups each whit three repeat in each groups. Group 1and 2 received Zn oxide nanoparticles orally and intra-peritoneal respectively at dose of 2.5 mg/kg for 14 consecutive days; group 3 served as the control. The value of TGF-β and level of LDH enzyme were determined on 14 day and liver samples were collected at supplementation intervals, 14 day. Results showed that TGF-β value in groups 1 and 2 were higher on day 14 compared to the controls, but this increase was no significant (P>0.05). It was also found that on day 14, the activity of LDH enzyme in both treated groups were significantly higher than those of the controls (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between two treatment groups (P>0.05). The histopathological results showed that the alterations in the hepatocytes were mainly nuclear enlargement, as nucleus was observed in large and small sizes. Some of the Kupffer cells into hepatic sinusoids included a large nucleus. Hyperemia in central veins was evident and RBCs had infiltrated into matrix. In intra-peritoneal group cytoplasm of hepatocytes showed vacuolization. According to the results it can be concluded that zinc oxide nanoparticles cause changes in the structure of the liver and liver enzymes.}, keywords = {Mouse,Zinc oxide nanoparticles,liver,TGF-β,LDH}, title_fa = {اثر نانوذرات اکسید روی بر فاکتور التهابی TGF-β، میزان بیوشیمیایی LDH سرمی و تغییرات بافتی در کبد موش}, abstract_fa = {به دنبال این تحقیق، اثر نانوذره اکسید روی بر ویژگی‌های هیستوپاتولوژی کبد و فعالیت TGF-β و آنزیم LDH مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. 90 موش نر به طور تصادفی به سه گروه با سه تکرار در هر گروه، تقسیم بندی شدند.. گروه 1 و 2 نانوذرات اکسید روی را بترتیب به صورت خوراکی و درون صفاقی در دوز mg/kg 5/2 برای 14 روز متوالی دریافت کردند؛ گروه 3 به عنوان شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. مقدار TGF-β و سطح آنزیم LDH در14 روزگی تعیین شد و نمونه کبد در فواصل 14 روز جمع آوری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مقدار TGF-β در گروه 1 و 2 در روز 14 نسبت به گروه شاهد بالاتر بود، اما این افزایش معنی‌دار (P>0.05) نبود. همچنین مشخص شد که در روز 14، فعالیت آنزیم LDH در هر دو گروه تیمار به طور قابل توجهی بالاتر از گروه شاهد بود (P<0.05)؛ با این حال، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه درمان (P>0.05) وجود نداشت. نتایج هیستوپاتولوژی نشان داد که تغییرات در سلولهای کبدی بیشتر بزرگ شدن هسته بود، به شکلی که هسته در اندازه‌های بزرگ و کوچک دیده شد. برخی از سلول های کوپفر (Kupffer) داخل سینوزوئیدهای کبدی دارای یک هسته بزرگ بودند. پرخونی در رگ مرکزی آشکار بود و گلبول‌های قرمز به ماتریکس نفوذ کرده بود. در سلول‌های کبدیِ گروه درون صفاقی، سیتوپلاسم سلول‌ها حالت واکوئله شدن دیده شد. با توجه به نتایج حاصله می‌توان چنین نتیجه گیری کرد که نانوذرات اکسید روی باعث تغییر در ساختار آنزیم‌های کبدی و ساختار کبد می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {موش,نانوذره اکسید روی,کبد,TGF-β,LDH}, url = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_722.html}, eprint = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_722_3a8b904c3663a5e59e941f3bcb86c663.pdf} }
