The present study was investigated the effect of starvation on biochemical (plasma total protein, glucose, cholesterol, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and haematological (haematocrit, haemoglobin, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentrations (MCHC), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH), red blood counts (RBCs) and white blood counts (WBCs) parameters in two different sizes of yellow fin seabream. In this study, a total of 120 fish with mean length 8.05± 0.98 cm and 7.46± 1.07 g (was referred as size A) and 120 fish with mean length 11.05± 0.86 cm and weight 18.01± 3.07 g (was referred size B) were divided into fed and starved groups each with three replicates (20 fish per replicate) and maintained in a 60- L plastic tanks. Sampling of fish was performed at 10, 20 and 30 days of food deprivation. The results showed that in starved group of size A, plasma total protein, glucose and cholesterol significantly decreased and WBCs significantly increased (P<0.05), whereas no significant differences were detected in biochemical and haematological (except for WBCs) indices between starved and fed groups of size B. The results show that fish size can be considered as an important factor influencing biochemical and haematological response to starvation in yellowfin seabream. .}, keywords = {food deprivation,Biochemical indices,haematological indices,Acanthopagrus latus}, title_fa = {تاثیر محرومیت غذایی بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی و هماتولوژیک در دو اندازه مختلف ماهی شانک زرد باله(Acanthopagrus latus, Houttyn, 1782)}, abstract_fa = {ماهیان در هر دو محیط پرورشی و طبیعی می‌توانند با دوره‌های محرومیت غذایی یا گرسنگی مواجه شوند. مطالعه حاضر، به منظور بررسی اثر محرومیت غذایی بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی (پروتئین کل، گلوکز، کلسترول، آسپارتات آمینو ترانسفراز و آلانین آمینوترانسفراز) و هماتولوژیک (هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین، حجم متوسط گلبول قرمز، هموگلوبین متوسط گلبول قرمز، شمارش گلبول سفید، شمارش گلبول قرمز و غلظت متوسط هموگلوبین گلبول های قرمز خون) ماهی شانک زرد باله در دو اندازه وزنی مختلف طراحی گردید. در این تحقیق،120 ماهی با میانگین طولی 98/0± 05/8 سانتی‌متر و وزنی 07/1±46/7 گرم (اندازه A) و 120 ماهی با میانگین طولی 86/0± 05/11 سانتی‌متر و وزنی 07/3±01/18 گرم (اندازه B)، هر کدام به دو گروه تغذیه شده و تغذیه نشده با سه تکرار (20 قطعه ماهی در هر تکرار) تقسیم شدند. ماهی‌ها در مخازن پلاستیکی 60 لیتری نگهداری شدند. نمونه‌گیری از ماهی‌ها در دوره ‌های 10، 20 و30 روزه محرومیت غذایی انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از کاهش معنی‌دار میزان گلوکز، کلسترول، پروتئین کل و افزایش معنی‌دار تعداد گلبول سفید گروه تغذیه نشده در اندازه A شده است (05/0>P). در حالیکه تفاوت معنی-داری در این شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی و هماتولوژیک (به استثنای تعداد گلیول سفید) در اندازه B بین گروه تغذیه‌شده و تغذیه‌نشده مشاهده نگردید. نتایج حاضر نشان می‌دهد که اندازه می‌تواند بعنوان عامل مهمی در تعیین پاسخ بیوشیمیایی و هماتولوژیکی ماهی شانک زرد باله به گرسنگی در نظر گرفته شود. .}, keywords_fa = {محرومیت غذایی,شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی,شاخصهای هماتولوژیکی,شانک زرد باله}, url = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_837.html}, eprint = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_837_a2a99e63027bbeb7a830f0f8caa5fb09.pdf} }
