اثرات مصرف خوراکی مکمل کراتین بر سطح سرمی BUN و کراتینین و بافت کلیوی در رت های نر تحت تمرین
مقدمه: استفاده از کراتین به عنوان مکمل غذایی، برای کمک به عملکرد ورزشی، عمومیت گستردهای در میان ورزشکاران دارد. با این وجود اخیراً نگرانیهایی در مورد اثر زیان آور مصرف کوتاه و بلند مدت کراتین بر سلامتی بیان شده است. هدف از مطالعهی اخیر، بررسی اثرات مصرف خوراکی مکمل کراتین بر سطح سرمی BUN، کراتینین و بافت کلیوی در رتهای نر تحت تمرین بود. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه، رت های نر نژاد ویستار با محدوده وزنی (245±5g) به طور تصادفی به 5 گروه 8 تایی: کنترل، شاهد، تمرین و دریافت کننده دوز 200 ،300، و mg/kg/d 600 تقسیم شدند. مطالعات بیوشیمیایی و بافت شناسی بعد از 10 روز مصرف کراتین و ورزش انجام شد. سپس سطح سرمی BUN وکراتینین با استفاده از روش اسپکتروفتومتری مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصله با استفاده نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 18 و آزمون تحلیل واریانس ANOVA تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. یافته های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد که مصرف مکمل کراتین با دوزهای 200 ، 300 و 600 میلی گرم/کیلوگرم/ روز منجر به تغییرات معناداری در سطح سرمی BUN در مقایسه با گروه کنترل نشد (p>0.05) و در دوزهای 200 و 300 میلی گرم/ کیلوگرم نیز سطح سرمی کراتینین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تغییرات معناداری نداشت (p>0.05) به استثناء گروه دریافت کننده دوز 600 میلی گرم/ کیلوگرم که به طور معناداری سطح سرمی بالاتری از کراتینین را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل نشان داد (p < 0.05). همچنین در ساختار بافت های کلیوی تغییرات هسیتولوژیکی معناداری در گلومرول، لوله های پروگزیمال و دیستال در

تاثیر عصاره گیاه ختمی بر بهبود اختلالات حافظه اجتنابی غیر فعال درموش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار
مقدمه: بیماری آلزایمر در میانسالی شروعشده، بهسرعت پیشرفت میکند و منجر به از دست دادن توان ذهنی فرد میشود. با توجه به اینکه اثر نوروپروتکتیو گیاه ختمیAlthea officinalis- Marshmallow)) گزارششده است، در این مطالعه به بررسی اثر عصاره این گیاه در مدل تجربی بیماری آلزایمر در موش صحرایی و تأثیر آن بر بهبود حافظه اجتنابی غیر فعال پرداخته شد .روش کار: در ابتدا از طریق تزریق دوطرفه داخل بطنی پپتید آمیلوئید بتا(40-1)، مدل آلزایمری ایجاد شد.در این آزمایش از موش های نر نژاد ویستار با وزن (220-180)گرم استفاده شد. گروه های کنترل(بدون تزریق)، شم(نرمال سالین)، تجربی (بتاآمیلوئید (40-1) و چهار گروهی که عصاره گیاه ختمی را با مقادیر 10، 50، 100 و 250 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن، بهصورت داخل صفاقی به مدت 7 روز قبل و سه هفته بعد از تزریق آمیلوئید بتا دریافت کردند. برای مطالعه رفتاری از دستگاه شاتل باکس استفاده شد و برای مطالعات بافتشناسی رنگآمیزی هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین و نیسل انجام شد.دادهها توسط آنالیز واریانس و تست توکی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج: داده ها نشان داد که تیمار گروه دریافت کننده آمیلوئید بتا با دوز 100میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم با عصاره گیاه ختمی میتواند شاخصهای رفتاری را در تست حافظه اجتنابی غیر فعال نسبت به گروه شم افزایش دهد (P<0.001) و باعثکاهش شدید میزان آسیب بافتی و افزایش تعداد نیسل بادیهای رنگآمیزی شده ناحیه CA1 هیپوکامپ شود.بحث و نتیجهگیری: در این تحقیق احتمالاً کاهش عوارض ایجاد شده با خاصیت آنتیاکسیدانی و خاصیت مهار کنندگی آنزیم استیل کولین استرازیترکیبات این گیاه مانندکوئرستین،کامپفرول،تانن،لسیتین،پکتین، استرولوکومارین در ارتیاط است.

اثر ژنوتیپهای مختلف گیاه کلزا بر شایستگی شتة مومی کلم Brevicoryne brassicae (Hemiptera: Aphididae)
شته مومی کلم Brevicoryne brassicae از آفات مهم کلزا در جهان میباشد. در این پژوهش، فراسنجههای جدول زندگی و دورة رشد و نمو شته مومی کلم روی ژنوتیپ های مختلف کلزا شامل اکاپی، لیکورد، هایولا 401، هایولا 308 بررسی شد (دمای 1±25 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±60 درصد و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی). دادهها بر اساس جدول زندگی دوجنسی و نرم افزار رایانهای TWOSEX-MSChart تهیه وآنالیز شد. نتایج نشان داد ژنوتیپ هایولا 308 و بخصوص زرفام بطور معنیدار باعث کاهش فراسنجههای rm ، R0 ، GRR، λ در شتة مومی کلم B. brassicaeشدند. میزان rm ، R0 ،GRR ، λ برای شتة مومی کلم روی ژنوتیپ هایولا 308 به ترتیب 01/0±22/0 ماده/ماده/روز، 07/2±56/10 ماده/ماده/نسل، 86/2±24/26 ماده/ماده و 02/0±24/1 روز1- و روی ژنوتیپ زرفام به ترتیب 02/0±17/0 ماده/ماده/روز ، 43/1±51/6 ماده/ماده/نسل، 64/1±49/16 ماده/ماده و02/0±19/1 روز1- بدست آمد. نوع ژنوتیپ کلزا بر میانگین مدت زمان یک نسل (T) شتة مومی کلم اثر معنی دار نداشت. کمترین میزان باروری شته بطورمعنیدار روی ژنوتیپ زرفام به میزان 98/0±18/12 ماده محاسبه شد. طول عمر افراد کامل شته روی دو ژنوتیپ اکاپی (87/0±43/14 روز) و لیکورد (86/0±43/14 روز) بهطور معنیدار از دو ژنوتیپ هایولا 308 (70/0±60/10 روز) و زرفام (64/0±71/10 روز) بیشتر بود. در کل، نتایج نشاندهندة وجود مقاومت ژنوتیپ هایولا 308 و بخصوص زرفام نسبت به شته B. brassicae بود که این مسأله میتواند برنامههای مدیریت تلفیقی را برای کنترل شتة مومی کلم ارتقاء بخشد.

مطالعه هیستولوژیکی و هیستوشیمیایی هپاتوپانکراس شاهمیگوی آب شیرین (Astacus leptodactylus)
در این بررسی 40 قطعه شاه میگوی آب شیرین (Astacus leptodactylus) بالغ، بصورت زنده از سد ارس تهیه شده و پس از تجویز خوراکی فرمالین 10 درصد و برداشت کوتیکول به مدت یک هفته در فرمالین 10 درصد نگهداری شدند. پس از تهیه مقاطع بافتی به روشهای استاندارد توسط روش هماتوکسیلین -ائوزین،پریودیک اسیدشیف،آلسین بلو،وون کوسا وماسون تری کروم رنگآمیزی وبوسیله میکروسکوپ نوری بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد هپاتوپانکراس ازخارج توسط کپسولی نازک ازبافت همبندی پوشیده شده وغدد لوله ای مرکب بوده که در مقطع عرضی، این لولهها دارای مجرایی ستاره ای شکل متشکل از یکردیف سلول هرمی تا استوانه ای شامل سلولهای استوانه ایی بازوفیلیک با هسته یوکروماتینه (سلول های رشته ایی) و سلولهای ترشحی با سیتوپلاسم مملو از ترشحات واکوئله می باشد. تراکم سلولهای ترشحی جدار غدد هپاتوپانکراس بیشتر از سلول های استوانه ایی بازوفیلیکی بوده که برروی یک غشاء پایه قراردارند. ترشحات موجود در سیتوپلاسم سلولهای ترشحی از نوع ترکیبات غیرکربوهیدراته بوده و بافت همبندی از نوع سست است و درسیتوپلاسم سلولهای جداری غدد هپاتوپانکراس هم ترکیبات کلسیمی وجود دارد،که تراکم آن درسلولهای رشتهای به حد اکثر خود میرسد. می توان گفت که هپاتوپانکراس سلولهای متفاوت با وظایف گوناگون دارد که برخی سلولها مانند سلولهای S ترشح کننده آنزیم بوده و سلولهای F رشته ای ممکن است محل اندوسیتوز باشند. همچنین سلولهایی که حاوی مقادیر زیادی کلسیم هستند را می توان بعنوان سلولهای R نامگذاری نمود که نقش ویژه ای در ذخیره کلسیم و استفاده از آن در جریان چرخه های زیستی از قبیل پوست اندازی خواهند داشت.

Koch روی شاخص های تغذیه ای حشرات کامل شپشه آرد، Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) بررسی شد. شاخص های نرخ رشد نسبی (RGR)، نرخ مصرف نسبی (RCR)، کارایی تبدیل غذای خورده شده (ECI) و شاخص بازدارندگی تغذیه (FDI) برای ارزیابی اثر ضدتغذیه ای عصاره های گیاهی تعیین شد. تیمارها به روش دیسک آردی در دمای 1±27 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی 5±60 درصد و تاریکی ارزیابی شدند. غلظت های 0، 25/0، 5/0، 75/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 درصد از هر عصاره تهیه شد. پس از گذشت 72 ساعت از شروع آزمایش، شاخص های تغذیه محاسبه شدند. مقدار نرخ رشد نسبی، نرخ مصرف نسبی و درصد کارایی تبدیل غذای خورده شده با افزایش غلظت کاهش یافت. در صورتی که درصد شاخص بازدارندگی تغذیه به طور معنی داری با افزایش سطح غلظت افزایش نشان داد. با توجه به یافته های این تحقیق، عصاره فرفیون مؤثرتر از سایر عصاره ها عمل کرده است. به طوری که میانگین کل نرخ رشد نسبی، نرخ مصرف نسبی، کارایی تبدیل غذای خورده شده و شاخص بازدارندگی تغذیه این عصاره به ترتیب 26/0 میلی گرم/میلی گرم/روز، 56/0 میلی گرم/میلی گرم/روز، 40/46 درصد و 37/43 درصد می باشد. به نظر می رسد عصاره فرفیون در کنترل آفات انباری می تواند نقش قابل توجهی داشته باشد.

بررسی فون بالریشکداران(Insecta; Thysanoptera) منطقه کلات در استان خراسان رضوی
بالریشکداران از جنبههای مختلف دارای اهمیت هستند. تعدادی از آنها به عنوان آفات درجه یک به محصولات کشاورزی خسارت وارد میسازند. نقش آنها در انتقال عوامل بیماریزای قارچی، باکتریایی و ویروسی گیاهان ، شکارگری تعدادی از گونه ها بر روی بعضی از حشرات و کنه ها، وهمچنین نقش آنها در کنترل علفهای هرز از مواردی هستند که دلالت بر اهمیت و لزوم توجه بیشتر به این گروه از حشرات دارند. تا کنون در ایران مطالعاتی به منظور شناسایی فون بالریشکداران مناطق مختلف صورت گرفته و 217 گونه تریپس گزارش گردیده است. در بررسیهایی که به منظور جمعآوری و شناسایی فون بالریشکداران شهرستان کلات در شمال شرقی استان خراسان رضوی در سال ها ی 93 و 94 انجام گرفت، نمونه های تریپس از روی گیاهان مختلف زراعی،باغی،زینتی و مرتعی جمع آوری و جمعا 40 گونه متعلق به 15 جنس و 4 خانواده شناسایی شدند. از این تعداد 14 گونه برای اولین بار از استان خراسان رضوی گزارش شده است. بیشترین گونههای شناسایی شده در منطقه کلات مربوط به زیرراسته Terebrantia بود، از میان خانواده های این زیر راسته، خانواده Thripidae با 11 جنس و 29 گونه غنی ترین خانواده از لحاظ جنس و گونه به شمار میآید. در زیرراسته Tubulifera نیز جنس Haplothris از خانواده Phlaeothripidae دارای بیشترین تعداد گونه شناسایی شده در منطقه کلات بود. در جنس Thrips نیز به ترتیب گونههای T. tabaci، T. meridionalis و T. atratus و در جنس Haplothrips نیز H. tritici دارای بیشترین تنوع میزبانی بودند.

مصرف مقادیر اندک مس در مدت طولانی موجب تجمع مس درکبد می شود و زمانی که به حداکثر مقدار خود رسید به داخل خون آزاد شده و باعث همولیز شدید داخل عروقی، زردی و نارسایی کلیوی خواهد شد. استان کرمان به دلیل خاک غنی از مس و وجود کارخانجات عظیم وابسته به صنایع مس، در زمره ی مناطق پرخطر محسوب می شود. مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات گیاه مرزنجوش بر آسیبهای ناشی از مسمومیت با مس در بافت تخمدان انجام شد. در این تحقیق، 24 رت به صورت تصادفی به چهار گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه های مس و درمان (مس+مرزنجوش)، 200 میلی گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن روزانه به صورت گاواژ، محلول سولفات مس را به مدت 7 هفته دریافت کردند. همچنین گروه کنترل مرزنجوش، عصاره مرزنجوش با غلظت ppm400 در آب مصرفی دریافت نمود. گروه های کنترل مرزنجوش و نرمال در طول مدت مطالعه، حجم مساوی از آب مقطر به روش گاواژ دریافت کردند. نتایج، اثر عصاره ی مرزنجوش بر کاهش آسیبهای تخمدان بدنبال تجویز مس را نشان داد. از لحاظ مورفومتریک، تعداد فولیکول های اولیه، در حال رشد، حفره دار و اجسام زرد در گروه مس کاهش معنی داری نسبت به کنترل و درمان نشان دادند. تعداد فولیکول های در حال تحلیل در گروه مس نسبت به کنترل و درمان افزایش معنی داری را نشان داد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که خواص آنتی اکسیدانی گیاه مرزنجوش می تواند در کاهش ضایعات تخمدانی ناشی از مس نقش ایفا کند.

تاثیر مقادیر مختلف عصاره هیدروالکلی اکالیپتوس بر فراسنجههای خونی ماهیان آمور (Ctenopharyngodon idella) آلوده شده به باکتری آئروموناسهیدروفیلا (Aeromonas hydrophila)
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیرات عصاره هیدروالکلی اکالیپتوس بر فراسنجههای خونی در ماهیان مبتلا شده به (Aeromonas hydrophila) بوده است. ایجاد آلودگی تجربی ماهیان آمور با باکتری آئروموناسهیدروفیلا با تراکمهای 106× 5/1 ، 107× 5/1 ، 108× 5/1 و 109× 2/1 (cfu/ml) به محوطه صفاقی ماهیان انجام شد که نتایج نشان دهنده ایجاد بیماری در تراکم 108× 5/1 و 109× 2/1(cfu/ml) باکتری بوده است. تأثیر عصاره هیدروالکلی اکالیپتوس در غلظتهای تیماری 250، 410، 580 و 750 (ppm) به صورت حمام کوتاه مدت (به مدت 60دقیقه) بر بچهماهیان آمور (با میانگین وزنی 25 گرم) طی مدت 10روز با 3 تکرار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از بررسی فراسنجههای خونی ماهیان مورد آزمایش که بر اساس آزمون تجزیه واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون دانکن انجام گرفت نشان داد که اختلاف معنیدار آماری در میزان گلبولهایسفید، گلبولهایقرمز، حجم متوسط گلبولی، غلظت متوسط هموگوبین در گلبولقرمز، غلظت متوسط هموگلوبین گلبولهایقرمز، نوتروفیل، لینفوسیت خون ماهیان با تیمار شاهد حکایت دارد(P<0/05)، بررسی نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان میدهد عصاره هیدروالکلی اکالیپتوس خصوصا در غلظتهای پایین به دلیل عدم ایجاد تغییرات قابل توجه در فراسنجههای خونی میتوانند به عنوان ترکیبات ضدمیکروبی در کنترل عوامل بیماریزا و درمان ماهی آمور مورد توجه قرار گیرند.

روند تغییرات استروئیدهای جنسی و شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی خون استرلیاد پرورشی (Acipenser ruthenus) طی مرحله جذب تخمک
تحقیق حاضر بر مبنای بروز پدیده فوق رسیدگی و ارتباط آن با استروئیدهای جنسی شامل تستوسترون(T) ، پروژسترون (P)، 17-بتا استرادیول (E2) و آنزیمهای مهم کبدی از جمله آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT) و آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (AST)، همچنین سطوح مختلف کورتیزول، گلوکز، لاکتات، چربی کل، پروتئین و کلسیم در مولدین استرلیاد پرورشی انجام پذیرفت. برای انجام این مطالعه، 18 ماهی با میانگین وزنی 4/240 ± 2/1120 گرم درنظر گرفته شد. نمونهبرداری از سه گروه 6 تایی ماهیان در شرایط عدم فوق رسیده، ابتدا فوق رسیدگی و فوق رسیده کامل انجام پذیرفت. مقایسه این سه گروه، اختلاف معنیداری را در میزان تستوسترون (T)، 17 بتا استرادیول (E2)، AST، کورتیزول، گلوکز و لاکتات پلاسما نشان داد، بطوریکه بیشترین میزان AST، کورتیزول، لاکتات بترتیـب بمیـزان IU/l 16/31 ± 33/521، ng/ml93/10 ± 66/68، mg/dl32/5 ± 66/30 در مرحله فوق رسیـدگی کامـل و کمتریـن آنها در مرحـله عدم فوق رسیـدگی بترتیـب به میـزان IU/L 8/30 ± 16/389، ng/ml70/2 ± 8/26 ، mg/dl 38/1 ± 91/11 و بیشترین میزان گلوکز وT ، E2 در مرحله عدم فوق رسیدگی به میزانmg/dl92/5 ± 83/68 66/2 ± 37/14 و ng/dl 36 /0 ± 47/1 مشاهده شد (P<0.05). این درحالی بود که در شاخصهای P، آنزیم َALT، کلسیم، پروتئین و چربی کل اختلاف معنیدار مشاهده نشد . این مطالعه نشان داد هورمونهای استروئیـدی و شاخصهای بیوشیمـیایی میتوانند نشانگر قابل اعتمادتری برای پیشبینی و ارزیابی مراحل رسیدگی ماهیان خاویاری باشند و امکان استفاده از این فاکتورها بعنوان نشانگرهای زیستی برای کنترل زمان تولیدمثل و بروز فوق رسیدگی در مولدین ماده استرلیاد وجود دارد.

تأثیر سازگاریهای دمایی مختلف بر میزان متابولیسم ماهی نازک (Chondrostoma regium)
میزان متابولیسم کل بدن بعنوان شاخص فرآیندهای فیزیولوژیکی تحت تأثیر عوامل زیستی و غیرزیستی قرار دارد. در مطالعه حاضر، پس از تعیین آستانه تحمل دمایی (C˚ 7/31-9/1)، تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف دمایی بر ظرفیت متابولیکی ماهی نازک (Chondrostoma regium) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور، 56 قطعه ماهی نازک ( g35/1 ± 77/20) در معرض تیمار کاهش آنی دما (C˚ 5/4-5/3)، تیمار کاهش دما (C˚ 5/6-5/5) بمدت 24 ساعت، تیمار کاهش دما (C˚ 5/6-5/5) بمدت یک هفته، تیمار افزایش آنی دما (C˚ 31-30)، تیمار افزایش دما (C˚ 30-29) بمدت 24 ساعت، تیمار افزایش دما (C˚ 29-28) بمدت یک هفته و تیمار شاهد (C˚ 23-22) قرار گرفتند. میزان متابولیسم از جمله میزان متابولیسم استاندارد، بیشینه و محدوده هوازی برای هر ماهی بصورت جداگانه با استفاده از رسپیرومتر با جریان متناوب اندازهگیری شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که میزان متابولیسم استاندارد و بیشینه در تمامی تیمارهای افزایش دمایی نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش (05/0>P) یافته است، درحالی که محدودة هوازی این تیمارها تغییر معنیداری را نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان نداد. از سوی دیگر، کاهش دما سبب کاهش معنیدار (05/0>P) تمامی پارامترهای متابولیکی (متابولیسم استاندارد، بیشینه و محدوده هوازی) نسبت به گروه شاهد شد. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده میتوان بیان نمود که افزایش دمای محیط بعنوان عامل استرسزای القایی و کاهش دمای محیط بعنوان عامل استرسزای محدود کننده برای ماهی نازک عمل میکند.
