اثر مجزا و توأم گرسنگی دوره ای و مکمل ال- کارنیتین بر شاخصه های بیوشیمیایی و ایمنی غیر اختصاصی ماهی شانک زرد باله (Acanthopagrus latus, Houttyn, 1782) )
مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی اثر گرسنگی دورهای و مکمل ال- کارنیتین بر شاخصههای بیوشیمیایی (پروتئین کل، گلوکز، کلسترول، تریگلیسرید پلاسما و گلیکوژن کبد) ایمنی غیراختصاصی (فعالیت لیزوزیم پلاسما) ماهی شانک زرد باله طراحی گردید. در این تحقیق، 240 ماهی با میانگین وزنی 46/0±23/3 گرم به صورت تصادفی در 4 گروه 60 تایی ( با سه تکرار و در هر تکرار 20 قطعه ماهی) در مخازن پلاسنیکی 60 لیتری قرار گرفتند. دو گروه به صورت روزانه تغذیه شده و دو گروه دیگر بعد از هر هفت روز محرومیت غذایی به مدت 2 هفته مورد تغذیه قرار گرفتند. همچنین دوگروه از هر رژیم غذایی فوق، با 800 میلیگرم ال کارنیتین در هر کیلوگر م جیره غذایی تغذیه شدند در حالیکه دو گروه دیگر تنها با غذای دستی تغذیه گردیدند. گرسنگی دورهای منجر به کاهش معنیدار میزان پروتئین کل، کلسترول و گلوکز و افزایش معنیدار میزان گلیکوژن کبد، تریگلیسرید و فعالیت لیزوزیم پلاسما گردید (05/0>P). در حالیکه ال- کارنیتین، تاثیر معنیداری بر میزان گلیکوژن کبد، گلوکز پلاسما و فعالیت لیزوزیم پلاسما در بین گروهها نداشت. اثر توام ال- کارنیتین و گرسنگی دوره ای بر میزان شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی و فعالیت لیزوزیم معنیدار نبود. رژیم غذایی حاوی ال- کارنیتین منجر به کاهش معنیدار کلسترول و تری گلیسرید پلاسما در هر دو رژیم غذایی گردید. با توجه به نتایج حاضر میتوان بیان نمود که در رژیم غذایی حاوی 800 میلیگرم ال کارنیتین در هر کیلوگر م جیره غذایی منجر به افزایش متابولیسم چربی و ذخیره پروتئین در ماهی شانک زرد باله شد.

فون زنبورهای بالاخانواده (Cynipoidea (Hymenoptera در منطقه سیستان
بالاخانواده Cynipoideaیک گروه بزرگ با حدود 223 جنس و 3000 گونه در دنیا می باشد. در این تحقیق فون زنبورهای این بالاخانواده در منطقه سیستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونهبرداری در طول سالهای 1389-1390 صورت پذیرفت. کلیه نمونهبرداریها با استفاده از تور حشره گیری و تله مالیز انجام شد. در مجموع 80 نمونه جمع آوری گردید که شامل 6 گونه متعلق به 6 جنس و 4 زیر خانواده به شرح ذیل می باشند:Melanips sp. از زیرخانواده Figitinae، Aspicera abbreviata Belizin 1952 و Callaspidia aberrans Kieffer, 1901 از زیرخانوادهAspicerinae ، Alloxysta brevis Thomson, 1862 از زیرخانوادهCharipinae ، Saphonecrus irani Melika and Pujade-Villar و Isocolus sp. از زیرخانواده Cynipinaeگزارش شد. گونه C. aberrans برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش می شود.در مجموع 80 نمونه جمع آوری گردید که شامل 6 گونه متعلق به 6 جنس و 4 زیر خانواده به شرح ذیل می باشند:Melanips sp. از زیرخانواده Figitinae، Aspicera abbreviata Belizin 1952 و Callaspidia aberrans Kieffer, 1901 از زیرخانوادهAspicerinae ، Alloxysta brevis Thomson, 1862 از زیرخانوادهCharipinae ، Saphonecrus irani Melika and Pujade-Villar و Isocolus sp. از زیرخانواده Cynipinaeگزارش شد. گونه C. aberrans برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش می شود.

مطالعه رفتار جهتگیری خرچنگ منزوی (Heller, 1865) Diogenes avarus تحت تاثیر نشانههای شیمیایی و آلودگی سرب
مطالعه رفتار آبزیان نشانگر حساسی به استرسهای زیر کشنده سمیت است و به طور اکولوژیکی میتوان با استفاده از آن تأثیرات آلایندهها را بر روی ارگانیسمهای آبزی سنجید. در این مطالعه رفتار جهتگیری دو گروه خرچنگ منزوی آلوده به سرب و سالم (غیرآلوده) به سمت هدف در حضور آب دریا حاوی نشانههای شیمیایی در غلظتهای (1، 2 و 4 گرم بر لیتر در 24 ساعت) بوی شکارچی و (1، 2 و 3 گرم بر لیتر در 24 ساعت) بوی غذا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین فرض بر این بود که خرچنگ منزوی Diogenes avarus بر پایهی درک شیمیایی از محیط به سمت هدف جهتگیری میکند و آلاینده سرب میتواند رفتار جهتگیری این گونه را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. نتایج نشان داد که نمونهها در تیمار شاهد دارای جهتگیری یکنواخت بودند. این مطالعه نشان داد که نمونههای سالم 1) در تیمار شاهد دارای جهتگیری یکنواخت بودند، 2) در تیمارهای حاوی بوی غذا با افزایش غلظت بوی غذا به طور معناداری به سمت هدف جهتگیری کردند و 3) در تیمارهای حاوی بوی شکارچی جهتگیری در جهت مخالف هدف را نشان دادند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که رفتار جهتگیری نمونههای آلوده تحت تاثیر آلودگی سرب قرار گرفته است زیرا همه تیمارها جهتگیری یکنواختی را نشان دادند. این مشاهدات احتمالا به دلیل خاصیت نوروتوکسینی سرب یا کاهش انرژی جانور در اثر حذف آلاینده از بدن، میباشد. بهطورکلی، خرچنگ منزوی قدرت درک شیمیایی و جهتگیری بر اساس اطلاعات بینایی و شیمیایی را دارد و آلاینده سرب این تواناییهایش را تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد.

بررسی شاخص های رشد و تغذیه گل آذین ماهی (Atherina boyeri caspia Eichwald, 1838 ) در سواحل جنوب شرقی دریای خزر
هدف از این پژوهش مطالعه بررسی برخی از شاخصهای بیولوژیکی ماهی گل آذین خزری در سواحل جنوب شرقی دریای خزر ( بین گهر باران ساری و نیروگاه نکا) واقع در آبهای استان مازندران است. بدین منظور، بعضی از ویژگیهای زیست شناسی از قبیل سن، جنسیت، نسبت جنسی، پارامترهای رشد و تغذیه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میانگین (±انحراف معیار) طول کل و وزن ماهیان بترتیب 21/1±48/8 سانتیمتر و 48/1±81/3 گرم بوده است. رابطه طول و وزن با معادله 866/2TL008/0W=، الگوی رشد آلومتری منفی را برای این ماهی در این منطقه نشان داد. معادله رشد وان برتالانفی برای کل ماهیان ](61/1+t)27/0-[1-e7/134Lt= محاسبه شد. نسبت جنسی نر به ماده 85:1/1 بود، که تفاوت معنی داری از لحاظ آماری در آنها دیده شد (001/0 ;P<61/20X2=). شاخص گناد جنسی (GSI) با افزایش سن، کاهش یافته و اوج منحنی آن در اسفند ماه دیده شد. فاکتور وضعیت (CF) با افزایش سن، کاهش یافت و اوج منحنی آن در ماه اردیبهشت دیده شد. در میان شاخص های تغذی

بررسی اثر محافظتی اسانس گلپر Persicum) (Heracleum در مسمومیت حاد کبدی ناشی از استامینوفن در موش های نژاد ویستار
در این تحقیق، اثر محافظتی اسانس گلپر Persicum) (Heracleumبر روی مسمومیت حاد کبدی ناشی از دز بالای استامینوفن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. 80 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار به طور تصادفی به 4 گروه 5 تایی تقسیم شدند. گروه شاهد، به مدت 14 روز آب معمولی و سپس استامینوفن mg/kg b.w500 در روز 15 به صورت درون صفاقی دریافت کردند. گروه استامینوفن، به مدت 14 روز آب معمولی و استامینوفن با دوز mg/kg b.w 500 محلول DMSO در روز 15 به صورت درون صفاقی دریافت کردند. گروه های تیمار، اسانس گلپرmg/kg b.w) 200 و100 ( به مدت 14 روز همراه با استامینوفن در روز 15 دریافت کردند. سپس، در ساعات 4، 8، 16 و 24 رت ها کشته شده و پلاسما و بافت های کبد به منظور اندازه گیری غلظت GSH، MDA ، FRAP و فعالیت آنزیم GST تهیه گردیدند. همچنین، سطوح آنزیم های کبدی ALT، AST و ALP در پلاسما اندازه گیری شدند. پس از آن، بررسی های هیستوپاتولوژیک در بافت کبد صورت گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که اسانس گلپر به صورت معنی داری می تواند مانع از کاهش GSH،GST و FRAP و افزایش آنزیم های کبدی و پراکسیداسیون لیپیدها پس از مسمومیت حاد استامینوفن شود. به علاوه، یافته های هیستوپاتولوژی بافت کبد نتایج فوق را ثابت می کند، به گونه ای که نکروز کبدی و تجمع سلول های التهابی کاهش چشمگیری نشان داد. بنابراین، اسانس گلپر می تواند کبد را در برابر استرس اکسیداتیو ناشی از استامینوفن به طور قابل قبولی محافظت نماید.

کاربرد کرمهای خاکی پرورش یافته با غذاهای گیاهی غنی از رنگدانه طبیعی در جیره غذایی به منظور افزایش رنگ ماهی زینتی پرت (Amphilophus citrinellus x Paraneetroplus melanurus)
این آزمایش با یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه گروه تیماری و یک شاهد در سه تکرار، جمعا با 144 ماهی با وزن تقریبی 0.1 ± 2.7 گرم انجام و مطالعهی رنگپذیری پوست ماهیان زینتی پرت که کرمهای خاکی Eisenia fetida پرورش یافته با گیاهان غنی از رنگدانه طبیعی هویج، غده چغندر قرمز و برگ کلم بنفش به یک وعده از سه وعده جیره غذایی روزانه آنها (غذای بازاری) افزوده شده بود، صورت پذیرفت. کرمهای خاکی داده شده به گروه شاهد تا آخر دوره بدون افزودن غذاهای گیاهی مذکور پرورش یافته بودند. سنجش رنگ بدن ماهیان با استفاده از غلظت کارتنوئیدهای بافتها و نیز دستگاه کالرمترTES 135 (پارامترهای L*a*b) پس از 8 هفته نشان داد که تاثیر رنگدانهای طبیعی گیاهان در غده چغندر قرمز اثری فزایندهتر بر تجمع رنگدانهها در بالهها و دم، پوست و گوشت ماهیان دارد و رنگ بخشهای سرپوشهای آبششی با تاثیر بیشتر برگ کلم بنفش همراه بوده است (P<0.05). میزان پارامترهای سنجش شده از رنگهای سطحی بدن (L*a*b) نیز تاثیر بیشتر افزودن برگ کلم بنفش، غده چغندر قرمز و هویج بر غذای کرمهای خاکی را بر سیمای رنگ ماهیان پرت تغذیه کرده از آنها نسبت به کرمهای خاکی شاهد نشان داد.

اثر سطوح مختلف ویتامین C بر رشد، تغذیه، بازماندگی و برخی پارامترهای خونی و ایمنی ماهی آکواریومی بارب حلب (Barbonymus schwanenfeldii)
در این تحقیق 4 جیره غذایی حاوی اسید اسکوربیک با دوزهای صفر(شاهد) ،500 ،1000 و 1500 میلیگرم در هر کیلوگرم ماده غذایی، در 3 تکرار و به مدت 8 هفته به ماهیان بارب حلب Barbonymus schwanenfeldii داده شد. ماهیان بارب حلب به تعداد 180 و با میانگین وزنی 0/5± 2/5 گرم، با دوزهای مختلف ویتامین C تغذیه شدند. در هر آکواریوم(180 لیتری) تعداد 15 ماهی بارب ذخیره سازی شد و سه بار در روز غذادهی انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق شاخصهای رشد شامل( ضریب رشد ویژه، افزایش وزن، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، نسبت بازدهی پروتیین، مصرف غذای روزانه و درصد بقا) اندازه گیری شد. همچنین تغییرات هماتولوژیکی گلبول سفید، هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، گلبول قرمز، گلوبولین، آلبومین، پروتئین کل، متوسط حجم گلبول قرمز، متوسط هموگلوبین گلبول قرمز و میزان غلظت هموگلوبین گلبول قرمز بین تیمارها مقایسه گردید. نتایج آزمایش نشان دادند که بهترین شاخصهای رشد در جیره حاوی 1500 میلیگرم ویتامین C مشاهده شد که با تیمار شاهد اختلاف معنی داری داشت(P<0.05). بیشترین میزان گلبول سفید در جیره 1500 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم ویتامینC و کمترین میزان آن در جیره شاهد C مشاهده شد(P<0.05). بهترین شرایط برای شاخصهای ایمنی در تیمارهای 1000 و 1500 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم ویتامین C بدست آمد. بطور کلی میتوان بیان نمود که بهترین میزان ویتامین C برای ماهی بارب حلب از نظر رشد و فاکتورهای ایمنی، سطح 1500 میلیگرم ویتامین C در کیلوگرم ماده غذایی می باشد.

مقایسه ویژگیهای تشریحی و بافت شناسی اندام وومرونازال در دو مار غیرسمی Eirenis collaris و Typhlops vermicularis
اندام وومرونازال در مارها از نمو بسیاری برخوردار است و در جفت یابی و شکار صید نقش دارد. برای پی بردن به ویژگیهای هیستومورفومتری این ساختار تعداد 5 نمونه از گونۀ Eirenis collaris و 6 نمونه از گونۀ Typhlops vermicularis، از زیستگاه طبیعی جمع آوری شدند. پس از مطالعات بیومتری و تشریحی، تنها سر مارها برای مطالعات بافت شناسی آماده گردیدند. بررسیهای تشریحی و بافتی نشان داد که در این گونهها اندام وومرونازال شامل یک جفت ساختار لوله-مانند است که در سقف دهان و زیر حفرۀ بینی قرار میگیرد و از طریق کانالی در کام با حفرۀ دهانی در ارتباط است ولی هیچ ارتباطی بین آن و حفرۀ بینی دیده نمیشود. دیوارۀ این اندام توسط سه نوع اپیتلیوم (حسی، غیرحسی و بینابینی) مفروش میگردد. با وجود تشابهات بسیاری که بین اندام وومرونازال این دو گونه مشاهده شد تفاوتهایی نیز بین آنها وجود دارد. ابتدا اینکه اندازۀ این اندام در E. collaris بزرگتر بوده و برخلاف گونۀ T. vermicularis غضروف تیغۀ بینی در کپسول این اندام مشارکت نمیکند. همچنین اپیتلیوم حسی در E. collaris از تعداد لایههای سلولی بیشتری تشکیل میشود و مرز مشخصی بین سلولهای راسی و زیرین وجود دارد. به علاوه، اپیتلیوم غیرحسی روی جسم قارچی در هر دو گونه مژه دار ولی در E. collaris از نوع مکعبی مطبق و در T. vermicularisاستوانهای ساده است. بطور کلی، این تحقیق نشان داد که اندام وومرونازال در E. collaris از نمو بیشتری از همتای خود در T.vermicularis دارد که این تفاوت در سبک زندگی آنها نیز منعکس میگردد.

مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه آهوی ایرانی (Gazella subgutturosa subgutturosa) در منطقه شکارممنوع قراویز و استان کرمانشاه با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی
تعیین وضعیت پراکنش گونههای حیاتوحش، وضعیت زیستگاههای تحت اشغال آنها و زیستگاههایی که شرایط حضور گونه را دارند به کمک روشهای ارزیابی زیستگاه از اهمیت بسزایی در مدیریت حیاتوحش برخوردار است. بهمنظور مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه آهوی ایرانی (Gazella subgutturosa subgutturosa) از روش حضور/عدم حضور با استفاده مدل شبکه عصبی پرسپترون چندلایه (MLP) استفاده شد. بهمنظور مدلسازی در منطقه شکارممنوع قراویز (فصول پاییز و زمستان) و پراکنش بالقوه در استان کرمانشاه از نقاط حضور گونه و به ترتیب 14 و 12 متغیر محیطی استفاده شد. اعتبار سنجی مدلها با استفاده از آماره ROC انجام گرفت که به ترتیب برای فصول پاییز، زمستان و کل استان برابر 87/0، 84/0 و 78/0 محاسبه شد که تائید کننده مدل MLP بود. نتایج حساسیت سنجی نشان داد که فاصله از متغیرهای جاده، چشمه و آبشخور و مناطق نظامی در فصل پاییز و متغیرهای ارتفاع، فاصله از مناطق حضور عشایر و تیپ پوشش گیاهی در فصل زمستان بیشترین تأثیر را بر پراکنش گونه داشته و متغیرهای ارتفاع، دما و تیپ پوشش گیاهی مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر پراکنش گونه در مقیاس کلان بودهاند. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بیانگر وجود همبستگی معنادار 83/0 بین مطلوبیت زیستگاه پاییزه و زمستانه است (05/0>P). 2551 هکتار از منطقه مورد مطالعه در هر دو فصل پاییز و زمستان دارای مطلوبیت بالا است. نتایج نشان داد که 70/12 درصد از مساحت استان جزء زیستگاه مطلوب گونه مورد مطالعه است. بر اساس نتایج به نسبت سایر زیستگاههای آهو در شرق رشتهکوه زاگرس، ارتفاع زیستگاه مطلوب در قراویز کمتر است

مطالعه الگوی انشعاب سرخرگیِ قوس آئورت در خارپشت گوش بلند(Hemiechinus auritus)
جوجه تیغی پستانداری از رده حشره خواران است. با توجه به ویژه گی های رفتاری مانند خاصیت غیر تهاجمی، جهت نگهداری در منزل به عنوان یک حیوان خانگی یا پِت مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این بررسی به مطالعه نحوه انشعاب قوس آئورت پرداخته شده است. تعداد 10 جوجه تیغی بالغ بدون در نظر جنس از باغ های اطراف تبریز و مراغه جمع آوری شدند. قفسه سینه و حفره شکمی باز شد. لاتکس رنگی قرمز داخل آئورت نزولی سینه ای تزریق شد. با تزریق مگلومین کامپاند رادیوگراف با استفاده از ماده حاجب تهیه شد. نتایج نشان داد که در محل شروع قوس آئورت، تنه سرخرگی ای منشعب می شود که آن را می توان تنه رأسی- بازویی محسوب نمود. این تنه بعد طی مسافت کوتاهی به دوشاخه مجزا منشعب می شد که یکی به طرف سر رفته و ایجاد کننده سرخرگ ثبات مشترک راست است و دیگری به طرف اندام قدامی متمایل شده که ایجاد کننده سرخرگ تحت ترقوه ای راست است. سپس قوس آئورت به طرف بالا و پشت امتداد یافته و بعد از طی مسافت 4- 3 میلی متری سرخرگ دیگری را منشعب می نماید که به طرف سر می رود و ایجاد کننده سرخرگ ثبات مشترک چپ بوده و بلافاصله بعد از آن سرخرگ دیگری از انتهای قوس آئورت جدا شده که به طرف اندام حرکتی جلویی چپ رفته که ایجاد کننده سرخرگ تحت ترقوه ای چپ می باشد. این نوع انشعاب قوس آئورت را می توان در انسان، شامپانزه و رت مشاهده نمود.

گوسفند نژاد سنگسری یکی ار مهمترین نژادهای تولید کننده گوشت در مرکز ایران است. بنابراین لزوم حمایت از این نژاد از طریق حفظ اسپرم منجمد ضروری به نظر می رسد. از طرفی دلیل مهم کاهش باروری در طی انجماد سازی منی، تشکیل لیپیدپراکسیدازها در حضور رادیکالهای اکسیژن است. بنابراین، هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی تاثیرات ویتامین سی و گلیسرول بر مشخصات پس از ذوب منی در قوچ سنگسری است. در این مطالعه 5 قوچ سنگسری استفاده شده است. منی هر قوچ سه روز یکبار توسط الکترواجاکولاتور اخذ شده و پس از تعیین مشخصات ادغام شده و پس از رقیق سازی تا دمای 4 درجه سانتی گراد سرد شدند. منی های سرد شده به 15 گروه تقسیم شدند. گروهها به نسبت 1:1 با یکی از گروههای رقیق کننده شامل نسبتهای مختلف گلیسرول (0%، 1%، 3%، 5% و 7%) و ویتامین سی (1، 15/0، 3/0 میلی گرم/ میلی لیتر) رقیق شدند. پس از منجمد کردن، منی ها ذوب شدند. این مطالعه نشان داد که ویتامین سی و گلیسرول به صورت معنی داری بر مشخصات پس از ذوب منی موثر هستند. در میان گروههای درمانی ترکیبی، بالاترین میزان تحرک و زنده مانی اسپرم مربوط به گروه 3/0 میلی گرم/ میلی لیتر ویتامین سی به علاوه 5% گلیسرول بود. بالاترین میزان زنده مانی اسپرم در گروه های درمانی ساده در گروه 3/0 میلی گرم/ میلی لیتر ویتامین سی مشاهده شد. در مجموع، بهترین ترکیب برای رقیق سازی منی قوچ سنگسری 3/0 میلی گرم/ میلی لیتر ویتامین سی به علاوه 5% گلیسرول می باشد.

تاثیر مخمر غنی شده با نانو ذرات اکسید مس بر پارامترهای رشد، فعالیت آنزیمهای گوارشی و متابولیسم چربی در آرتمیا ارومیانا (Artemia urmiana) و آرتمیا فرانسیسکانا (Artemia franciscana)
کاربرد نانو ذرات اکسید مس در پزشکی و سایر صنایع، نگرانیهایی را از نظر ورود این نانوذرات به منابع آبی ایجاد کرده است. بنابراین تاثیرات این نانوذرات از نکته نظر اکوتوکسیکولوژی و اکو فیزیولوژی در آبزیان اهمیت زیادی دارد. در این آزمایش تاثیرات استفاده از مخمر غنی شده با نانو ذرات اکسید مس بر رشد، بازمانی، فعالیت آنزیمهای گوارشی و متابولیسم چربی در دو گونه آرتمیا ارومیانا (Artemia urmiana) و آرتمیا فرانسیسکانا (Artemia franciscana) بررسی شد. آزمایش در دو تیمار (مخمر غنی نشده به عنوان کنترل و مخمر غنی شده با نانوذرات اکسید مس) و هر تیمار با چهار تکرار برای هر دو گونه آرتمیا طراحی و اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از مخمر غنی شده با این نانو ذره تاثیر معنی دار بر رشد دو گونه آرتمیا ندارد ولی به طور معنی داری میزان زنده مانی آنها را افزایش می دهد(P<0.05). فعالیت آنزیمهای گوارشی تحت تاثیر نانو ذرات اکسید مس قرار گرفت و نتایج نشان داد که بجز لیپاز استفاده از این نانو ذرات، تاثیر معنی دار بر فعالیت آنزیمهای گوارشی در آرتمیا ارومیانا ندارد و بر عکس میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای گوارشی در آرتمیا فرانسیسکانا را افزایش می دهد. میزان درصد چربی بدن تحت تاثیر مخمر غنی شده با نانو ذرات اکسید مس در آرتمیا ارومیانا کاهش یافت ولی اختلاف معنی دار در آرتمیا فرانسیسکانا مشاهده نشد. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از نانو ذرات اکسید مس می تواند علاوه بر بحث سمیت در اکوسیستمهای آبی، از نظر اکوفیزیولوزیکی نیز برای جانداران آبزی مهم باشد
