At first, measurements were made to study the morphology of Alburnus chalcoides and then the gastrointestinal tract of this fish was extracted for histological examination. For histological studies, Hematoxylin-eosin staining (H & E), and to investigate the polysaccharide neutralization, Periodic acid Schiff (PAS), and finally for evaluation of the proteins compounds Bromophenol blue (BPB) were used. In the studies, it was observed that the gastrointestinal tract of this fish included the esophagus and intestines. Esophagus was short and has relatively long mucosal shapes and in the intestine, there were also these mucosal shapes with more space apart. Cyprinidae have not real stomach. In the anterior part of the intestine, shapes are more and deeper but the Goblet cells are seen in the posterior part of the intestine. Goblet cells are also observed in both the esophagus and intestinal areas which showed a positive reaction with PAS due to neutral polysaccharide compounds. Protein compounds in the enterocyte cells of the intestine as well as mucosal cells of the esophagus rarely respond to BPB. Reactions with these two colors were also observed in liver cells and hepatopancreas. The results show that the characteristics there are specific variations of species related to the esophagus and the intestines.}, keywords = {Morphological,Histological and Histochemical,Alburnus chalcoides}, title_fa = {مطالعه مورفولوژی، هیستولوژی و هیستوشیمی مجرا و ضمائم گوارشی ماهی شاه کولی بالغ دریای خزر (Alburnus chalcoides)}, abstract_fa = {نمونه برداری از ماهی شاه کولی بالغ (Alburnus chalcoides) در مرکز تکثیر و پرورش ماهیان استخوانی شهید انصاری رشت به صورت تصادفی انجام شد. ابتدا اندازه گیری های لازم جهت مطالعه ریخت شناسی ماهی شاه کولی انجام شده و سپس لوله گوارش این ماهی جهت بررسی های بافتی خارج شد. برای بررسیهای بافت شناسی از هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین (H&E) و برای بررسی ترکیبات پلی ساکارید خنثی از اسید پریودیک شیف (PAS) و برای بررسی ترکیبات پروتئینی از برموفنل بلو (BPB) استفاده شد. در بررسی های انجام شده مشاهده شد که لوله گوارش این ماهی شامل مری و روده است. مری کوتاه و دارای چین خوردگی های مخاطی نسبتا بلند بوده و در روده نیز این چین خوردگی های مخاطی دیده شد که فاصله بیشتری از هم داشتند. در خانواده کپور ماهیان معده حقیقی دیده نمی شود. در بخش قدامی روده چین خوردگیها بیشتر و عمیق تر بوده اما سلول های جامی در بخش خلفی روده بیشتر دیده شد. همچنین سلولهای جامی در هر دو ناحیه مری و روده دیده شد که به دلیل داشتن ترکیبات پلی ساکارید خنثی در رنگ آمیزی با PAS واکنش مثبت نشان دادند. ترکیبات پروتئینی در سلولهای انتروسیت روده و همچنین سلولهای مخاطی مری به ندرت نسبت به BPB واکنش نشان داده اند. واکنش با این دو رنگ در مورد سلولهای کبدی و هپاتوپانکراس نیز مشاهده شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهد در این ماهی تفاوت های خاص گونه ای مربوط به روده و مری نسبت به سایر کپور ماهیان دیگر نیز دیده می شود.}, keywords_fa = {مورفولوژی,هیستولوژی,هیستوشیمی,ماهی شاه کولی}, url = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_1267.html}, eprint = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_1267_cf488c1fa24e2fec6df668d74ca4dfe4.pdf} }
