The number of hemocytes is affected by any type tension or entry foreign agent to the hemolymph. Insects with a strong immune system can sometimes change the pathogenicity of a pathogenic agent or stop it. In this research, the effect of Starvation stresses, the effect of thermal stresses and Bacillus thuringiensis on cell defense of fifth instar larvae of the apple ermine moth, Yponomeuta malinellus Zeller were investigated. The results of the starvation period test showed that there was a significant difference in total hemocyte count, prohemocytes, granulocytes, plasmatocytes, and oenocytoids In the hemolymph of hungry larvae for 48 hours. Also The phenoxoxidase activity was significantly reduced Under the starvation stress 24 hours and after 48 hours starvation showed an increasing trend. the effect of different thermal stresses on The total number of cells was quite significant.. Feeding the infected leaves to bacterium B. thuringiensis significantly increased the total number of hemocytes and the activity of phenoloxidase. These factors decreased significantly over time for up to 24 hours indicating a positive reaction of the blood cells against the foreign agent during the initial hours of entering the hemolymph. These results can be considered as introduction to recognition physiological defense characteristics of the apple ermine moth and to be considered in microbial control programs.}, keywords = {Yponomeuta malinellus,Response of Hemocytes,Feeding and Temprature,Bacillus thuringiensis}, title_fa = {واکنش های دفاع سلولی لارو لیسه سیب در برابر تنش های گرسنگی و دمایی و باکتری بیماریزای Bacillus thuringiensis}, abstract_fa = {نقش سلول‌های خونی و سیستم فنل اکسیداز در دفاع سلولی حشرات ثابت شده است. تعداد سلول‌های خونی تحت تاثیر هر نوع تنش یا ورود عامل بیگانه به همولنف تغییر می‌کند. حشرات با سامانه ایمنی قوی می‌توانند گاه روند بیماری‌زایی یک عامل بیماری‌زا را تغییر داده و یا متوقف کنند. در این تحقیق، اثر تنش‌های گرسنگی، تنش‌های دمایی و باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis بر دفاع سلولی لارو‌های سن پنجم لیسه سیب بررسی شد. نتایج آزمایش دوره‌های گرسنگی نشان داد که در همولنف لاروهای گرسنه با گذشت زمان به مدت 48 ساعت تفاوت معنی‌داری در تعداد کل سلول‌های خونی، پروهموسیت‌ها، گرانولوسیت‌ها، پلاسموتوسیت‌ها و اونوسیتوئیدها وجود داشت. همچنین میزان فعالیت آنزیم فنل اکسیداز تحت تاثیر تنش گرسنگی 24 ساعت به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت و بعد از 48 ساعت گرسنگی روند افزایشی نشان داد. اثر تنش‌های دمایی مختلف بر تعداد سلول‌ها کاملا معنی‌دار بود. به طوریکه تعداد کل و تفرقی سلولها در دمای 35 افزایش و در دمای 4 درجه سانتیگراد کاهش قابل توجهی نشان داد. تغذیه از برگ‌های آلوده به باکتری B. thuringiensis سبب افزایش معنی‌دار تعداد همه‌ سلول‌های خونی و فعالیت فنل اکسیداز شد. این فاکتورها با گذشت زمان تا 24 ساعت به طور معنی-داری کاهش یافتند که نشانگر واکنش مثبت سلول‌های خونی در برابر عامل بیگانه بود. این نتایج می‌تواند به عنوان مقدمه‌ای بر شناخت ویژگی‌های دفاع فیزیولوژیک لیسه سیب تلقی شود و در برنامه‌های کنترل میکروبی مد نظر قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {لیسه سیب,واکنش سلول‌های خونی,تغذیه و دما,باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis}, url = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_1495.html}, eprint = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_1495_f0b9bcbc556318c9420e2c0e3313be87.pdf} }
