In this study the possibility of replacing fish oil with vegetable oils for enrichment of A. urmiana nauplii and its use in start feeding of rainbow trout larvae were investigated. Six feeding treatments were used in two phases to feed the rainbow trout larvae from the beginning of the exogenous feeding for a period of two months. The feeding treatments during the first 10 10 days included: 1) Commercial diet, 2) A. urmiana nauplii enriched with fish oil, 3) A. urmiana nauplii enriched with Sunflower oil, 4) A. urmiana nauplii enriched with Canola oil, 5) A. urmiana nauplii enriched with Soybean oil, 6) Newly hatched un-enriched A. urmiana nauplii.  The larvae in all groups were fed on commercial diet during the second phase from day 11 until end the experiment. Survival percentage of the larvae fed on Artemia nauplii enriched with canola and sunflower oils were significantly higher than those fed on commercial diet. Total length, wet weight and dry weight of the larvae in all treatments received Artemia nauplii during first phase were significantly higher compared to those fed on commercial feed from the beginning. Highest growth was obtained in the larvae fed on Artemia nauplii enriched with canola oil. The results of this research showed that vegetable oils can play essential role in enrichment of Artemia nauplii and feeding the rainbow trout.}, keywords = {rainbow trout,starter feeding,Artemia,Enrichment}, title_fa = {بررسی جایگزینی روغنهای گیاهی به جای روغن ماهی برای غنی سازی ناپلی Artemia urmiana و اثرات آن بر بازماندگی و رشد لارو ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان Oncorhynchus mykiss))}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به اهمیت تغذیه اولیه در رشد، بازماندگی و کیفیت لارو آبزیان و نقش ناپلی آرتمیا به عنوان یک غذای زنده کیفی با قابلیت حمل مواد مغذی، در این تحقیق امکان جایگزینی روغن ماهی با روغنهای گیاهی برای غنی سازی ناپلی آرتمیا جهت تغذیه لارو ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. لارو قزل آلا از ابتدای تغذیه خارجی تحت شش تیمار غذایی به مدت دو ماه پرورش داده شدند. تیمارهای غذایی طی 10 روز اول تحقیق شامل 1- غذای کنسانتره تجاری،  2- ناپلیوس غنی شده با روغن ماهی ،  3- ناپلیوس غنی شده با روغن آفتابگردان ،  4- ناپلیوس غنی شده با روغن کلزا ،  5- ناپلیوس غنی شده با روغن سویا ،  6- ناپلیوس تازه تخم گشایی شده بود. ولی از روز یازدهم تا پایان دوره کلیه ماهیها فقط با غذای کنسانتره تغذیه شدند. درصد بازماندگی در لاروهایی که با ناپلی غنی شده با روغن کلزا و روغن آفتابگردان تغذیه شده بودند به طور معنی داری بیشتر از لاروهایی بود که از غذای کنسانتره استفاده کرده بودند. رشد طولی، وزن تر و وزن خشک لاروها در کلیه تیمارهایی که با ناپلی آرتمیا تغذیه شده بودند به طور معنی داری بیشتر از ماهیانی بود که کنسانتره مصرف کرده بودند و لاروهایی که از ناپلی غنی شده با روغن کلزا تغذیه کرده بودند از رشد بیشتری برخوردار بودند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که روغنهای گیاهی می توانند نقش بسیار برجسته ای در غنی سازی ناپلی آرتمیا و تغذیه لارو قزل آلا ایفاء نمایند.}, keywords_fa = {قزل آلا,تغذیه آغازین,آرتمیا,غنی سازی}, url = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_230.html}, eprint = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_230_f301eaa6819d24cc0584c7c3c9c2a3e3.pdf} }
