Regarding the ability of this species to inhabit at various environmental conditions, this study was conducted to investigate their common features which able them to reside in different habitats and phenotypic plasticity process among its populations using geometric morphometrics technique. In total 150 specimens of the Tuini fish collected from five different aquatic ecosystem from Iranian part of Tigris basin. Then lateral face of their left side photographed and 17 landmark-points defined and digitized using TpsDig2 software. The coordinate data after GPA superimposing, analyzed using multivariate analyses including principal component, canonical vitiate and cluster analyses. The results revealed a significant difference in the body shape of studied populations associating to snout, head width, the position of pectoral and pelvic fins and depth of caudal peduncle. These differences can show plasticity of these body parts in response to environmental condition of their habitats. Possessing a ventral mouth, head shape and fusiform body shape can be considered to be common characteristics of the Tuini fish reflecting being plastic generalist. Therefore, observed differences in this plastic generalist species have similarities with plastic specialist but with lesser degree indicating an advantage to inhabit in unstable environments i.e. rivers.}, keywords = {Tuini,Geometic morphometrics,Generalist,Phenotypic plasticity}, title_fa = {بررسی انعطاف پذیری ریختی سیاه ماهی توئینی (Capoeta damascina Valenciennes, 1842) (شعاع بالگان: کپور ماهیان) در بخش ایرانی حوضه دجله با استفاده از روش ریخت سنجی هندسی}, abstract_fa = {گونه سیاه ماهی توئینی (Capoeta damascina) از جمله ماهیان آب‌های داخلی است که پراکنش وسیعی در زیستگاه‌های مختلف دارد. با توجه به توانایی زیست این گونه در زیستگاه‌های مختلف، این تحقیق با هدف شناخت الگوهای ریختی مشترک که آنها را قادر به زیست در زیستگاه‌های مختلف می‌کند و روند انعطاف‌پذیری آنها با استفاده از روش ریخت‌سنجی هندسی به اجرا در آمد. برای این منظور تعداد 150 نمونه ماهی از 5 اکوسیستم آبی مختلف واقع در بخش ایرانی حوضه دجله نمونه‌برداری گردید، از سمت جانبی چپ نمونه‌ها عکسبرداری و تعداد 17 لندمارک (مرز نشانه) جهت استخراج داده‌های شکل بدن در روش ریخت سنجی هندسی توسط نرم افزار TpsDig2 رقومی گردید. داده‌های حاصل پس از آنالیز پروکراست، توسط تحلیل‌های چندمتغیره تجزیه به مولفه‌های اصلی (PCA)، تجزیه همبستگی کانونی (CVA) براساس ارزش p حاصل از permutation test و آنالیز خوشه‌ای مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین شکل بدن هر پنج جمعیت مورد مطالعه وجود دارد (0001/0>P). عمده‌‌ی این تفاوت‌ها مربوط به تغییرات در ناحیه پوزه، عمق سر، موقعیت باله‌ی سینه‌ای و مخرجی و عرض ساقه‌ی دمی بودند، که بیانگر انعطاف‌پذیری این بخش‌ها در پاسخ به شرایط محیطی زیستگاه جمعیت‌های مورد بررسی می‌تواند باشد. داشتن دهان با موقعیت شکمی، شکل سر، شکل بدن کاملا" دوکی شکل به عنوان ویژگی‌های مشترک در بین اعضای این گونه بودند که می‌تواند بیانگر عام‌گرا بودن شکل بدن این گونه ‌باشد، که برای گونه‌هایی که در محیط‌های متغییر مثل رودخانه‌ها زیست می‌کنند می‌تواند یک مزیت محسوب ‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {توئینی,ریخت سنجی هندسی,عام گرا,انعطاف پذیری}, url = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_692.html}, eprint = {https://animal.ijbio.ir/article_692_06d47cd19e6148a23220c592fa1cc957.pdf} }
