چکیده

نازک ماهی جنوب Chondrostoma regium و نازک ماهی ارس Chondrostoma cyri متعلق به جنس Chondrostoma می‌باشند که در حوضه‌های دجله، اصفهان، کر و دریای خزر پراکنش دارند و دارای اهمیت اکولوژیک و صید تفریحی اهمیت دارند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط میزان هم‌آوری با طول، وزن و سن این دو گونه در رودخانه‌های گاماسیاب از حوضه تیگره و رودخانه ارس از حوضه دریای خزر بوده و نمونه‌برداری ماهی در آذر و اسفند 1387 و با استفاده از تور پرتابی و الکتروشوکر صورت گرفت. نتایج بررسی بر روی 46 نمونه ماهی C. regium مراحل 4 تا 5 رسیدگی جنسی (قبل تا آماده برای تخمریزی) نشان داد که هم‌آوری مطلق این ماهی 1694 تا 10483 با میانگین 1/2377±7/5252 عدد تخمک و هم‌آوری نسبی 58 تا 2/154 با میانگین 9/98 عدد تخمک در هر گرم وزن ماهی ماده می باشد. همچنین نتایج 31 نمونه ماهی C. cyri نشان داد که هم‌آوری مطلق این ماهی 5526 تا 18145 با میانگین 6/3284±11135 عدد تخمک و هم‌آوری نسبی 8/84 تا 0/162 با میانگین 2/20±8/113 عدد تخمک در گرم وزن بدن به دست آمد. میزان همبستگی پیرسون (r) بین هم‌آوری مطلق با وزن بدن، طول کل و سن به ترتیب 279/0، 371/0 و 178/0 برای ماهی C. regium تعیین شد، همچنین برای گونه C. cyri 714/0، 702/0 و 712/0 تعیین شد. دامنه قطر تخمک گونه C. regium دامنه 80/0 تا 96/1 با میانگین 29/0±22/1 میلی‌متر ثبت شد همچنین برای C. cyri دامنه 78/0 تا 25/2 با میانگین 29/0±44/1 میلی‌متر به دست آمد.

چکیده [English]

Chondrostoma regium and Chondrostoma cyri belong to the genus Chondrostoma, which are distributed in the Tigris, Isfahan, Kor and Caspian Sea basin and have ecological and sport fishing importance. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the fecundity with length, weight and age of the fish species in Gamasiab from Tigris and Aras River and fish sampling was performed in December and March 2008 using cast-net and electro-shocker. The result of the study on 46 female fish in maturity stages 4 and 5 (the previous stages to prepare for spawning) in C. regium showed that the absolute fecundity of 1694 to 10843 (5252.7±2377.1) eggs and the relative fecundity of 58 to 154.2 with an average of 98.9 eggs per grams of female weight. Also, the results of 31 fish samples showed C. cyri absolute fecundity of 5526 to 18145 (11135±3284.6) eggs and the relative fecundity of 84.8 to 162.0 with an average of 113.8 eggs per grams of female weight. Also, the correlation (r2) between absolute fecundity and weight, total length and age was .27, .37 and .17, respectively for C. regium and 0.714, 0.702 and 0.712 were determined for C. cyri. The egg diameter of this species was 0.80- 1.96 with an average of (1.22±.29), Also, for C. cyri, the range was 0.78 to 2.25 with an average of 1.44±0.29 mm.
